All our products are handcrafted using natural materials. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of handcrafted goods.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed will not be affected by price changes.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across Europe from our Lithuania office. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ecoweaveworld.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, logos, and product descriptions are the property of Eco Weave World. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Eco Weave World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
